The City Sightseeing coach tour operator has launched a brand new mobile app which allows customers to book tickets and find information on coach tours across the world.
The free application can be downloaded on to iPhone and android devices and used by travellers and tourists on the move. If you’re embarking on a gap year travelling the world, or planning your summer holiday, downloading the new City Sightseeing app will provide you with a wealth of information during your travels.
The app has a number of special features which will be especially useful for tourists and those researching city coach tours in various cities around the world. As well as the obvious information such as tour times, and ticket booking details, the app also flags up all point of interest on your chosen tour and gives background information and the history of certain sights.
You can also share your coach tour with friends and family at home as the coach tour app enables users to take a picture of them enjoying the trip which they can send to any friend as a virtual postcard.

Open-top bus tour of the New Forest is launched

A brand new open top bus tour of the New Forest has been launched so visitors and locals can take in all the picturesque area has to offer from the comfort of their seat. From rolling open countryside, to idyllic old villages and the beautiful coastline, you’ll be treated to all the New Forest has to offer during the 2-hour long bus trip.
The price of an adult ticket starts at just £9 although the bus company is offering a special deal whereby five tickets can be bought for just £22.50, under 5’s and well behaved dogs can travel for free. The ticket price also includes an official tour guide who will be on hand to offer interesting information on the area and answer any questions the passengers may have.
There’s room onboard each bus for 4 bicycles so passengers can stop off for a bike ride along any of the gravel cycle tracks which the bus passes by on its route.
A number of stop off points have been included in the New Forest tour so passengers will have the chance to get off and stretch their legs at some of the shopping centres along the way, also Exbury Gardens, and the National Motor Museum.
